cardiff university online workshop

Thursday 13th July 2017

Class Careers are working with Cardiff University to run an on-line workshop for students to find out more about the opportunities available to them at Cardiff University, and what studying in the city of Cardiff can offer.

Held in the comfort of your own classroom, your students will watch a short video about Cardiff University and have the opportunity to find out about the courses available at the university, what social societies they can get involved in, and what the city itself has to offer, before chatting directly with a member of the team at the university. This will be either a current student or staff member from the university, available to answer your students questions. Essentially, they'll gain a real insight into going to University,

All our events are fully funded by the employer, so there is no cost to schools and colleges.

Cardiff University has over 350 degree programmes to choose from so we're sure there's something for everyone. Founded in 1883, Cardiff University is established as one of Britain's leading research universities. It was ranked 5th amongst UK universities in the 2014 Research Excellence Framework (REF), and is a member of the Russell Group. Cardiff university has a diverse student population with students coming from more than 100 countries and with a range of backgrounds. With overStudents at the university, benefit from research-led teaching that develops their individual intellectual abilities.

If your students are considering going to university as a possible option, then this is a great opportunity for them to find out a little bit more and clarify some uncertainties.
